Healthy Nachos!

I don’t get home from work in Little Rock until 7 most nights. I’ve created this super delicious and healthy nacho recipe that is ready to enjoy in less than 30 minutes!

Here’s how to make my healthy bell pepper nachos!

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Slice 3 green bell peppers into cube like sections.

3. Brown 1 pound of ground beef

4. Cover a baking sheet, with a piece of foil

5. Lay bell pepper sections about 1-2 inches apart on foiled baking sheet.

6. Once beef is browned and bell papers are on baking sheet, stack the beef on top of the bell peppers. I put about 2 spoonfuls on each pepper section.

7. Top bell pepper and beef, with Mexican shredded cheese.

8. Bake bell pepper, beef and cheese for 10 minutes at 400 degrees

9. After they are done baking, spoon any type of salsa on top!

10. You are ready to enjoy!
